Sie wird zusammen mit einem bösartigen Gastcharakter T-1000 aus dem Terminator 2-Film am 18. März 2025 im Rahmen des Kombat Pack 2 und der Khaos Reigns Expansion ankommen.

Vor ihrem Debüt als Assistenzcharakter wurde Madam Bo im Story -Modus von Mortal Kombat 1 vorgestellt, wo sie von Lin Kuei Assassin Smoke als Strafe dafür geschlagen wurde, kein Schutzgeld zu zahlen.
