Pokémon Center Hiroshima cesará sus operaciones en su ubicación actual a finales de marzo antes de trasladarse a su nueva sede alrededor de abril de 2025. Al mismo tiempo, la flamante Gyarados Plaza abrirá sus puertas en marzo, según confirmó el anuncio oficial de la tienda.

El nuevo Pokémon Center ocupará "el segundo piso de Ekie, cerca de la salida norte de la estación de Hiroshima, aproximadamente en abril de 2025". La ubicación original, inaugurada en junio de 2015, actualmente opera en el sexto piso del edificio principal de Sogo Hiroshima, junto al RIHGA Royal Hotel y frente a la Oficina de la Prefectura de Hiroshima.

La "Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima" abrirá en la azotea de Soramoa Plaza, en el nuevo edificio Minamoa de la estación de Hiroshima. Este espacio innovador se describe como "una plaza interactiva donde visitantes de todas las edades pueden disfrutar actividades temáticas de Pokémon, con grandes estructuras de juego en forma de Gyarados, la mascota oficial de Pokémon Center Hiroshima".
