Application Description
In this tactical 6x6 grid battle, you must locate and eliminate an invisible opponent while piloting your flying saucer. Each player—whether human or Android—takes turns trying to outmaneuver and destroy the other without ever seeing where their foe is located.
Gameplay Overview
The game unfolds in a series of turns, each consisting of two distinct phases:
Movement Phase
During the first phase, you may move your saucer from 0 to 3 squares in any direction—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. However, movement cannot pass through any squares that have already been destroyed. These destroyed tiles permanently block both movement and line of sight for all future turns.
Shooting Phase
In the second phase, you may fire a shot in a straight line—either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally—as far as you like across the board. If the targeted square is occupied by your opponent's saucer, you win instantly. If it’s empty, that square becomes a destroyed tile, limiting future movement and attacks.
Winning Conditions
Victory is achieved in one of two ways: either by directly hitting your opponent with a shot or by completely blocking them so they have no legal moves left on their turn. This creates a tense mix of strategy, deduction, and occasionally, luck.
Strategy Tips
- Deduce Position: Use previous shots and movement patterns to infer where your opponent might be hiding.
- Control the Board: Destroy squares strategically to limit your opponent’s mobility and funnel them into vulnerable positions.
- Avoid Predictability: Vary your movement and firing angles to keep your own location hidden.
- Plan Ahead: Always think about how your current move affects future options—for both you and your opponent.
Final Thoughts
This is a game of logic, spatial reasoning, and calculated risk-taking. Whether you're playing against [ttpp] or challenging [yyxx], every match keeps you engaged and constantly adapting your tactics. Will you rely on clever deduction or hope for a lucky shot? The choice is yours!
