Author : Leo Update : May 20,2025

After the excitement of the Winter Tournament, the journey to the Pokémon Unite World Championship Series 2025 in Anaheim has officially begun, and for Indian Pokémon Unite teams, the stakes have never been higher. The Pokémon Company, in collaboration with Skyesports, has unveiled the India Qualifier, set to run from April 4th to 6th, with a substantial $37,500 prize pool at stake. More than just a chance to win big, the qualifier offers Indian teams the opportunity to represent their country on the global stage later this year in the United States.

Registrations for the India Qualifiers are now open and will remain so until April 4th. The competition kicks off on April 5th with a thrilling single-elimination bracket. The top eight teams will then advance to the Playoffs on April 6th, where the format switches to a double-elimination bracket. This gives teams a second chance even after a loss, ensuring that the best performers rise to the top. Each match will be played in a best-of-three series, allowing teams to adapt and outplay their opponents in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

The intensity of the competition is set to be high, as the winning team will not only claim a significant share of the prize money but also earn the honor of representing India at the Pokémon Unite World Championship 2025 in Anaheim, California. There, they will compete against the world's best teams for the ultimate title and a share of the global $500,000 prize pool.
