Spring Hunt 2025 Update Now Live in Monster Hunter!

In the exciting second update of Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, Monster Hunter Now introduces the Spring Hunt 2025, a special online paid event scheduled from May 24th to May 25th, 2025. This event shines the spotlight on the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos, offering players a unique hunting experience.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

The Spring Hunt 2025 event in Monster Hunter Now requires an event ticket, available for purchase in the game's shop. This ticket grants access to uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions, focusing exclusively on Chameleos, eliminating any wait times between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons. Participants can also look forward to exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear as a bonus.

The event features two Event Exchange Hubs. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will be open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. Players can earn tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons between May 19th and May 25th. These tokens can be exchanged for valuable items such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Get Your Hands on Chameleos?

Chameleos, known for its stealthy tactics and fog that obscures visibility, becomes the center of attention starting May 24th, 2025. Players can engage in Elder Dragon Interceptions to confront this vanishing menace. Those ranked 100 or above can encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once they enter a preliminary state, starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 24th. To tackle Chameleos effectively, equip weapons and gear that exploit its weaknesses to Fire, Dragon, and Blast elements.

Successfully taking down Chameleos allows you to forge the new Mizuha Set armor, featuring the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects on you by half and enhances your ability to inflict poison on enemies. Chameleos materials can be used to craft a variety of weapons, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
