Competitive solitaire for two to four players, also known as «Rencor y Malicia»

«Spite & Malice», also known as «Cat and Mouse» or «Screw Your Neighbor», is a traditional card game for two to four players. It is a reimagined version of the late 19th century European game «Crapette» and belongs to the genre of competitive solitaire, with multiple variations that can be played using two or more standard decks. It evolved from «Russian Bank». The commercial version of this game is sold under the name «Skip-Bo». Unlike the commercial version, «Spite & Malice» uses standard playing cards.

The goal of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all the cards in your hand by arranging them in ascending order, thus winning the game.
