KEMCO Releases Metro Quester: A New Mobile Dungeon RPG

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash is now available on Android, offering a unique twist on the traditional KEMCO JRPG formula. This game dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler genre, promising an engaging experience for fans of turn-based RPGs.

Seek the Truth of a Lost World

In Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, you take on the role of a scavenger, venturing into the depths of underground ruins to gather resources before your weekly food quota of 100 runs out. Every seven in-game days, you must collect this essential amount to survive. Your journey will take you through monster-infested areas like Otemachi and Ginza, where you'll scavenge for leftovers and other valuable items. Importantly, you can only level up once you return to a safe camp, assuming you've survived and collected enough resources.

Choose from 24 distinct characters, each belonging to one of eight classes. Your success hinges on how well you customize your combo skills, weapons, and strategies. With only five action points available per turn and each ability usable only once per round, strategic planning is crucial.

As you explore the dungeon, it unfolds dynamically. You may unearth food from the dirt, encounter monster nests, find keys to unlock new areas, or even discover a campground to establish a new base.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash Is Now Out on Android

The game's aesthetic is deliberately minimalistic, featuring a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with the vibrant characters. For a closer look, check out the official trailer below.

For those who crave more after completing the main content, Metro Quester – Hack & Slash offers a NEW GAME+ mode, perfect for those who enjoy tackling tougher challenges on subsequent playthroughs.

You can now download Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android for $14.99. Note that the game does not support game controllers and is available only in English and Japanese. Head over to the Google Play Store to get your copy.
