"Into a Hearth Yonder: PC Release Announced"
Developer Sway State Games has unveiled Into a Hearth Yonder, an enchanting new cozy creature-collecting MMO-lite set to release on PC next year. The game boasts a delightfully colorful art style and invites players to immerse themselves in the captivating world of Viteria.
In Into a Hearth Yonder, players can embark on adventures solo or with friends, accompanied by their loyal automata companions. These adorable creatures, reminiscent of Tamagotchis, not only add charm to the game but also enhance various aspects of gameplay, including combat, farming, fishing, mining, and crafting. "We thought it would be fun to embody player stats and skills as cute, Tamagotchi-like automata," explained Sway State studio head Chris O'Kelly. "You take joy in collecting and caring for them, and in return, they enhance your exploration of Viteria, improve your quality of life, and empower you to lean fully into your favorite playstyle."

"We aimed to lay out a cozy table of adventure, to explore at your own pace, with plenty of building, crafting, exploration, and magic," O'Kelly added. "‘Survival’ but with less struggle - just a worry-free deceleration, really."
The development team behind Into a Hearth Yonder includes talented individuals who have previously worked on notable titles such as Divinity: Original Sin, Dying Light 2, Harold Halibut, and Horizon: Call of the Mountain.
